Annual company retreat wrap-up: Building unity, fuelling production momentum
Over 120 Sendai Vietnam employees joined the annual retreat, strengthening team spirit after bringing the new factory into operation.
In line with its policy of caring for employees' well-being and helping them recharge, the Board of Directors and the Trade Union Executive Committee of Sendai Vietnam Plastics JSC recently held a successful annual company retreat.
This was a meaningful, central activity — especially after the whole company made an all-out effort to complete construction, install equipment and officially bring the new factory at Industrial Zone No. 3 (Xuan Truc, Hung Yen) into operation in April 2025.
The programme was a great success, with more than 120 employees taking part. The trip was not only a time to rest and recover, but also an opportunity to connect and strengthen solidarity between office departments and the colleagues working directly at the production line.
Wrapping up the holiday, the entire Sendai Vietnam team returned to work in high spirits, disciplined and full of energy, united toward the goal of excelling and exceeding the 1,500-tonne annual output target.
