Year-end review, awards for outstanding staff and gala dinner
In January 2026, Sendai Vietnam held its year-end review, honoured outstanding employees and hosted a gala dinner, closing a remarkable year.
Sendai Vietnam Plastics JSC recently held a successful year-end review of its business and production activities, honouring outstanding employees and hosting a Year-End Party. The event was an important occasion for the Board of Directors and all employees to look back on a year of effort and proud achievements.
A representative of the Board affirmed that the past year was a turning point: completing and fully commissioning the new 11,000 m² factory at Lot C7, Industrial Zone No. 3 (Xuan Truc, Hung Yen) from April 2025 was a collective feat. With over 30 modern injection-moulding machines, the company is confidently pursuing its target of over 1,500 tonnes per year.
The highlight of the programme was the ceremony honouring outstanding individuals and teams. The Board personally presented certificates and rewards to exemplary members of the 120-strong workforce.
Following the formal ceremony, the Year-End Party took place in a warm, close-knit atmosphere. The management, together with the Trade Union Executive Committee, handed meaningful Tet gifts to all employees, and reaffirmed the full delivery of welfare commitments, including the 13th-month salary and performance bonuses.
Entering a new chapter, with solid infrastructure and a united, disciplined team, Sendai Vietnam is determined to maximise capacity, raise product quality and strengthen its position in the plastics market.
